1. go to microsoft's website for devices. 2. register your controller if you haven't by putting in serial number. 3. check warranty timeline 4. look for 'Start service online' and fill in info 5. MS may ask you to ship your controller. DO REMEMBER TO PRINT THE LABEL YOURSELF!!!! Otherwise you may be charged by the shipping company when you print using their printer. Back
